New self-storage building debuts in Bellevue

The new building is about four times the size of the old complex.

East of Mercer Slough and west of Interstate 405, a Bellevue self-storage project recently opened at 1111 118th Ave. S.E. Public Storage razed its small old low-rise complex in 2021, then Swinerton began work the following year on the four-story, 276,220-square-foot project.
