Sea Mar's South Park plan comes into focus

The project will eventually replace Sea Mar’s small pharmacy building from the 1980s.

The nonprofit Sea Mar Community Health Center has long owned a corner in South Park, at 8800 14th Ave. S., where it's planning a new apartment building and clinic. A small old pharmacy building will eventually be razed; no demolition permit has emerged for that.
