West Seattle SEDU flips to townhouses

SEATTLE — Blueprint Capital secured a master use permit two years ago for a 43-unit SEDU project at 4515 44th Ave. S.W. Ground was broken earlier this month, but on a six-unit townhouse project instead.

Key Development LLC is now the developer and builder. Emerald Land Surveying aided in the boundary line adjustment to create six new lots.
