Starbucks store trades for $3M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — A Starbucks-leased commercial building at 9862 16th Ave. S.W. recently sold for $3 million, according to King County records. The seller was Madison Real Property LLC, which acquired the former gas station and car wash in 2016 for and $2.2 million, then redeveloped the corner the following year.

The buyer was Shubh White Center LLC, which is associated with a local investor. Public records indicate a loan from Heritage Bank.
