Alliance plans another 304 Bellevue units on 112th

Developed in 1970, the 200 Building now seems destined to a date with the wrecking ball.

As the DJC first reported in March, Columbia Pacific Advisors put a tired old Bellevue office building on the market, effectively folding its plans for a 16-story replacement tower at 200 112th Ave. N.E., just west of Interstate 405.
