SRM and Urbal get OK for 166 Bellevue units

From the future apartments, walking to Bellevue Downtown Station would take perhaps 20 minutes.

It's been almost three years, to the month, since SRM Development purchased an old 18-unit Bellevue condominium from the individual owners. Plans later emerged to redevelop the property at 1125 102nd Ave. N.E., which is a little north of downtown — but still walkable to Bellevue Square and the new light-rail station.
