Wallingford infill project could be yours to build

The site is just west of Densmore Avenue North (at right), near the QFC.

It's been over 12 years since the fire at 1624 N. 45th St. in Wallingford, where Kitaro Sushi and an old house succumbed to the blaze. There were no injuries.
