Bellevue site sold for over $6M

BELLEVUE — A portion of a larger downtown apartment assemblage, at 929 109th Ave. N.E., sold this week for $6.5 million, according to King County records.

The buyer was CREE Bellevue Corner LLC, associated with Crescent Capital Partners, which with architect Weber Thompson is planning 506 rental units in two buildings. Public records indicate a small private loan.
