July 19 will be the official start date for a pair of mostly affordable housing projects on Phinney Ridge. Both are for the sales market, with income restrictions, and are not rentals. Homestead Community Land Trust is developing the two condominium projects, north and south, at 6109 and 5819 Phinney Ave. N.
