Mill Creek to open 409 Northgate units near station

Crews last Wednesday were doing mostly interiors work, and the landcaping appears to be in place.

Acting as its own builder, Mill Creek Residential Trust started on its 409-unit Modera Northgate the summer of 2022. Ankrom Moisan Architects designed the five- to eight-story project at 10631 Eighth Ave. N.E., a block east of Northgate Station, which replaced the old Kindred Hospital.
