The Wilder now leasing its 79 Capitol Hill units

The leasing signs adorn the sidewalk outside the new Wilder apartments on Capitol Hill, and its website went live in recent weeks. The four-story, 79-unit project from Revolve Development now goes by 1607 14th Ave. Its L-shaped footprint wraps around two one-story commercial buildings on the corner of East Pine Street, so the building has two distinct faces, south and east.
