Holland files plan for Fremont site

SEATTLE — A row of restaurants and bars in Fremont appears to be on the market, though it's not publicly listed.

Now home to Caffe Ladro, Baila Bar, Norm's Kitchen, Roxy's Diner and others, the strip appears poised for sale and redevelopment. Prospective buyer Holland Partner Group and architect Weber Thompson recently filed a seven-story apartment proposal for 452 N. 36th St.
