Now with automated EV charging in garage, Spire hits 80% occupancy

The building opened three years ago.

Units at the Spire condominium tower are now over 80% sold. The 41-story, 343-unit project from Laconia Development opened in the summer of 2021. It occupies its own triangular block at 2510 Sixth Ave. in the Denny Triangle, overlooking Denny Way.
