Ground broken for 96 Fremont units

Two years after the land sale, shoring and excavation are now underway at 4205 Stone Way N., which some may remember as the former Cabinetpak Kitchens corner in Fremont, at North 42nd Street. The plan, from designers Metrica and Cone Architecture and builder/owner Coombes Development, is a five-story, 96-unit apartment building.
