Land sale clears path for 56 SeaTac units

The plan first emerged two years ago.

An empty office building at 19518 International Blvd. sold last week for a little over $2.2 million, according to King County records. The seller was Angle Lake Plaza LLC, associated with Noya-Hill Real Estate Development, which acquired the property in 2007 for $2 million.
