The property is a little east of Interstate 5, in Clark County.

Down in Vancouver, Vista Residential Partners announced its groundbreaking last week on a 9-acre garden apartment project. A 238-unit complex of three-story buildings will rise at 12706 N.E. 72nd Ave., dubbed One26 Vista.
