122 Capitol Hill units ready for final design review

There's no sign yet of demolition permits for a cluster of small old buildings at and around 600 Broadway E. on Capitol Hill. But the days are numbered for businesses including Bait Shop. A final design review is scheduled on July 24 for the planned six-story, 122-unit apartment building to replace them. Leases may be gradually expiring, and there's no announced start date or builder attached. Plans emerged last fall, as the DJC first reported.
