Goodman sells 155 Kent units, once lodging, for over $36M

The Astral apartments, at 6329 S. 212th St. in Kent, sold this week for a little over $36.4 million, according to King County records. The seller was an LLC associated with Goodman Real Estate, which in 2021 acquired what was then a Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham extended-stay for $19 million. Goodman and Studio Meng Strazzara then converted the complex to 155 apartments. Astral opened to renters last fall.
