Meet Flow — now leasing its 103 Eastlake units

Flow can be a little hard to find. The five-story, 103-unit apartment building, which just received its temporary certificate of occupancy, is hidden down the slope toward Lake Union, at 3150 Fairview Ave. E. From Eastlake Avenue East, in the shadow of the I-5 Ship Canal Bridge, you can just see the top of the new apartments.
