The announcement came a little over a year ago from Sound Transit and Bellwether Housing that the latter will develop an affordable housing project at Overlake Village Station. Perkins Eastman is designing the six-story, 333-unit project, almost directly south of the station, at 2989 Da Vinci Ave. N.E. (a new address).
