Greystar pays $108M for 357 Renton units

The sellers earned a profit after a short six-year hold.

The Alaire, at 510 Stevens Ave. S.W. in Renton , sold this week for a little over $108.1 million, according to King County records. The seller was TLUS Rise Renton LP, which is associated with Rise Properties Trust and Tokyu Land US Corporation. They acquired the garden apartment complex in 2018 for just over $97.3 million.
