Hunters opens 68 Capitol Hill units to renters

Three of four commercial bays have been claimed by local businesses.

July was the goal for developer Hunters Capital to open the new Capitol Hilltop apartments, and the temporary certificate of occupancy came last Friday, only two days into the new month.
