Korean eatery for Holland project?

SEATTLE — Holland Partner Group topped out a few months ago on The Ballard Independent, at 2318 N.W. Market St. Acting as its own builder, with Carrier Johnson + Culture as the architect, work began in early 2022 on the seven-story, 238-unit project. Holland's goal is to open the apartments this fall, which seems likely based on recent visits.

And last week came a new plan from a commercial tenant: Exit 5 Korean Barbecue. It intends to lease 5,803 square feet on the very prominent corner of 24th Avenue Northwest.
