Medical office sells for over $20M

By JOURNAL STAFF

MARYSVILLE — A recently constructed medical office building at 8923 Soper Hill Road sold last week for $20.3 million, according to Snohomish County records. The seller was MSD-NLA Lake Stevens LLC, associated with Net Lease Alliance, which acquired the land in 2021 for over $4.2 million, then developed it.

The buyer was Optum Services of Minnesota, which is associated with United Health.
