Tacoma units trade for $14M

TACOMA — An apartment portfolio at 1402 S. Yakima Ave. and several related addresses sold earlier this month for $14 million, according to Pierce County records. The sellers were LLCs associated with the late investor Abie Label (1920-2007), which built or acquired the properties in past decades.

The buyer was Dimension Townhouses LLC, which is associated with Dimension Property Management, of Renton. Public records indicate loans from the seller, Figure Lending and Eastside Funding.
