Another hotel plan in SeaTac

BHG has two hotel sites: one near the station, the other near the freeway.

Based in Atlanta, BHG Hotels has a pair of SeaTac hotel projects planned, east and west. The east project, at 18820 46th Ave. S., first appeared five years back, then flagged as an Avid Hotel. That proposal received a SEPA determination of non-significance from the city in 2020, but the same DNS subsequently expired.
