Vintage building sells for $3.5M

SEATTLE — A vintage Pioneer Square building at 311 1/2 Occidental Ave. S. sold last week $3.5 million, according to King County records. The seller was a trust associated the Ott family, longtime owners in Pioneer Square, which had owned the building for many decades.

The buyer was Occidental Seattle LLC, which looks to be associated with the recent buyer of the Lusty Lady and Marketside Flats buildings, a few blocks north.
