Chronicle begins leasing its 78 Wallingford units

The apartments are a few steps south of a QFC.

Developed by Blueprint Capital, the 78-unit Chronicle apartments received its certificate of occupancy last week from the city of Seattle. Also acting as its own builder, Blueprint began work in the summer of 2022 on the five-story project at 4417 Wallingford Ave. N. It replaced some old retail/apartment buildings.
