Redmond car lot sells for over $3M

REDMOND — An automotive property at 8210 Avondale Way N.E. recently sold for almost $3.4 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Bear Creek Holdings of Washington LLC, which acquired the property in 2020 for about $2.5 million.
