350 Bellevue units enter design review

This view looks roughly north at the project.

High Street Residential is now in design review with the city of Bellevue for a midrise apartment project to replace the John L. Scott building, at 11040 Main St. The DJC first reported the plan in February, with Weber Thompson as the architect. Venture General Contracting is newly attached as the builder.
