MUP arrives for West Seattle hotel/apartment hybrid

There’s no announced schedule for the unnamed project.

A few steps north of Alaska Junction, at 4448 California Ave. S.W., two small commercial buildings await demolition — but without that permit issued. They're to be replaced, eventually, by a hybrid hotel/apartment project that received its master use permit from the city this week.
