Aided by Amazon, TWG to open Grata at Totem Lake, with 125 affordable units

Looking west from the cul-de-sac, the new building is a short walk to the Village at Totem Lake.

Over in Kirkland, tomorrow morning will mark the official opening of Grata at Totem Lake. Affordable housing specialist TWG Development began the project at 12410 N.E. Totem Lake Way in 2022. Third Place Design Cooperative designed the seven-story, 125-unit Grata. The builder was Venture General Contracting.
