Su opens Yesler Towers' first building, with 195 units, to renters

The podium’s retail is set within sloping ramps and view corridors.

Work began in the fall of 2021 on Yesler Towers, the two high-rise apartment buildings at 809 S. Washington St. (a slightly changed address). Su Development has served its own builder, working with architect Bohlin Cywinski Jackson on the Yesler Terrace redevelopment project.
