302 Mountlake Terrace units take shape near rail station

Developer Gracorp and architect MG2 have filed increasingly detailed plans for what’s now dubbed Mountlake Village.

Aug. 30 will mark the opening of four new light-rail stations leading from Northgate Station to Lynnwood. Along the way, Mountlake Terrace Station has seen less new apartment activity than other TOD clusters, but that's slowly changing.
