299 Shoreline units, from Trammell Crow, take shape

The corner site is a few steps east of the new station.

As the DJC first reported last August, Trammell Crow Residential had then assembled an over 1.3-acre multifamily site in Shoreline, now going by 811 N.E. 188th St. It's a little east of Shoreline North/185th Station, which opens on Aug. 30. A half dozen houses will eventually be removed from the corner of Northeast 188th Street. (Update: The city of Shoreline says that project broke ground in June, and the houses are gone.)
