Amazon's Housing Equity Fund wants your proposals

In a June example of affordable housing preservation, the fund aided in SRM Development’s $84 million purchase of The Mill at First Hill, with its 358 units.

Yes, there's a portal for that. The cash spigot awaits. The Amazon Housing Equity Fund announced earlier this month that its application portal for affordable housing developers is now open.
