Local investor makes Omaha buy

SEATTLE — Local shop Investors Capital Group announced last week its acquisition of a 72-unit apartment building in Omaha, Nebraska. Terms were not disclosed. Scott Koethe of Mogharebi Group brokered the deal.

The investment represents ICG's fifth and final deployment of it Fund 8. Its Mick Halpin said in a statement, “We're excited to place capital in another Nebraska apartment community, particularly such a nice property that is well-positioned for residents to enjoy all the lifestyle benefits of downtown Omaha.”
