LIHI to develop 100 Bainbridge units, all affordable, near ferry dock

Back in April, the city of Bainbridge Island put out a request for affordable housing proposals for its vacant former police headquarters property at 625 Winslow Way E., a few steps uphill from the Winslow ferry terminal. The DJC first reported that news.
