Gantry to open new Uptown sports bar

SEATTLE — Gantry Public House opened its first location, directly west of Lumen Field, about four years ago. Now it's planning a second venue for beer and grub just west of Climate Pledge Arena. Workshop AD recently filed a tenant improvement plan for Gantry at 415 First Ave. N. That's the Queen Anne Station office building, best known to locals as the Uptown post office.

Kidder Mathews has been offering 4,859 square feet on the west (alley) side of the ground floor. Brokers Jason Miller, Ken Hirata and Jeff Loftus were asking $38 per square foot per year, plus triple-net fees. The last tenant is unknown.
