80 Wallingford units assume final form

One final round of design review seems likely in coming months for the 80-unit apartment proposal to replace the former home of the old Guild 45th cinemas, which were demolished in recent years. (The two cinemas closed in 2017.) On a midblock site in Wallingford, Clark Barnes is designing the five-story building at 2115 N. 45th St.
