Lake Union marina sells for over $11M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — A Lake Union marina at 2540 Westlake Ave. N. sold last week for $11.3 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Commercial Marine Construction, which had owned the property for decades.
