In downtown Redmond, JLL finds $32M for Porch + Park

This view looks west across the fairly new city park.

MainStreet Property Group opened its 106-unit Porch + Park to tenants last year. The downtown Redmond apartments at 16050 Cleveland St. are about 94% leased, and the retail has been filled.
