Units eyed for tiny Wallingford triangle

SEATTLE — Once a Christmas tree lot, later a flower shop and now home to Diva Espresso, a tiny triangle at 4615 Stone Way N. appears poised for new use.

As the DJC reported in July, Diva is planning to move directly east across Stone Way to the new Rocket apartment building, thereby doubling its space.
