Fire sale for site in Rainier Valley

SEATTLE — The vacant Borracchini's Bakery building succumbed to fire two summers back, and the lot was subsequently cleared. And, this week, Westlake Associates put the property at 2307 Rainier Ave. S. on the market.

Westlake's David Petersen and Chad Martini are asking nearly $3.5 million.
