Redmond hotel trades for $34M

REDMOND — A Residence Inn by Marriott, at 7575 164th Ave. N.E., sold this week for $34 million, according to King County records.

The seller was BRE Newton Hotels Property Owner LLC, associated with Blackstone, which acquired the extended-stay in 2014 for about $47.7 million.
