Woodinville Costco scores $10M deal

WOODINVILLE — A Costco at 24100 Snohomish Woodinville Road sold in late August for $10 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was Holly Blaine Todd LLC, a family group that had owned the property for decades.
