Vintage Housing is planning a six-story senior housing project with surface parking and some amount of ground-floor retail.

Lake Stevens Landing is the current moniker for about 11 acres of once bare land along Highway 9, near that highway's intersection with Soper Hill Road. Working with Real Property Investors and NAI Puget Sound Properties, local family landowners generated a development scheme for eight (or more) lots on the east side of the highway.
