SEATTLE — A future Ballard multifamily development site, with master use permit, sold last week for $3.5 million, according to King County records.
The seller was Ponte LLC, associated with Calhoun Property Management, which acquired the Mac's Upholstery corner in 2017 for almost $2.2 million. With Hybrid Architecture, the MUP came in 2021 for a five-story, 136-unit building at 5011 15th Ave. N.W., which could carry the aPodment brand.
