Silverstein takes the keys at Avenue Bellevue

Construction on the two towers began in early 2021.

Individual condos began selling at the two towers of Avenue Bellevue last fall, and the InterContinental Hotel opened in July. None of that will be affected by the news that local firm Fortress Development has handed over the keys to lender Silverstein Capital Partners, of New York.
