Queen Anne landmark changes hands for $3M

The Ballard Mansion, also known as the Ballard/Howe House, was converted to large apartments in the 1930s.

An historic and landmarked mansion at 22 W. Highland Drive, divided into six apartments, sold for $3.2 million, according to King County records.
